Organizer Institutions: Congress will be organized with the cooperation of the Turkish National Defence University-Fatih Institute of Military History Studies, Turkish Commission of Military History and Turkish Historical Society.
 
Aim and Scope
Until the first quarter of the 20th century, the world experienced numerous military conflicts, each characterized by the ongoing advancements in military technology and strategy. Military forces worldwide have undergone transformative developments in various domains, such as military organization, doctrine, equipment, and technologies. The Turkish Military History Commission, under the auspices of the Turkish National Defence University-Fatih Institute of Military History Studies, will organize a congress dedicated to the exploration of sieges battles, castles and fortified positions within the context of Turkish and world military history
In this context;
-Papers related to the congress topics will be evaluated.
-We actively encourage group applications from the participants on a siege, fortress or related subjects.
