Our mission is

to prepare environments enabling our University to increase its productivity in scientific and artistic fields; to provide service in all kinds of repairs, maintenance, production, survey, project, exploration, tender, and inspection which is necessary for the University to function properly and to continue its existence in the future; to find solutions to problems in the areas in which we have responsibility as quickly as possible; and to establish the required physical environments for educating and training a productive, highly skilled and creative generation which is prone to the use of science and technology. 

Our Vision is

to plan the allocation of funds needed for maintenance and repair activities by the Rectorate of the TNDU and its subordinates with regard to educate and train cadets who will become officers and NCOs shaping the future of the Turkish Armed Forces.
