Responsibilities of the Department
-
to plan, coordinate, and carry out the activities of supplies, maintenance, and transportation for the Rectorate of the Turkish National Defence University (TNDU), and to coordinate these activities of its subordinates,
-
to plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor the security and safety services for the Yenilevent Campus of the TNDU and to coordinate relevant activities of its subordinates,
-
to plan, coordinate and execute the operations and training issues in the Yenilevent Campus and to coordinate similar activities performed by the subordinates of TNDU,
-
to plan and carry out the maintenance and minor repair activities of the buildings and facilities,
-
to respond fires or to take preventive measures against fires within all compounds, utilities, equipment, and premises in the Yenilevent Campus,
-
to set up and operate electrical, lighting, and heating systems of the buildings and facilities,
-
to provide, coordinate, and control all kinds of transportation services within the legislation provisions set, and
-
to provide canteen services within the campus.
