Born in Ankara 1970, Ersin GÖSE completed his primary and secondary education in Mersin, Mut.
He graduated from Maltepe Military High School in 1988 and Air Force Academy on 30 August 1992 with the rank of Lieutenant.
Following his graduation from Air Force Academy and completing his education under the anti-aircraft class in Air Technical Schools Command, he was appointed to Air Anti-Sircraft Soldier Training Command and worked at Oerlikon Platoon Command between 1993 and 1998.
Ersin GÖSE completed his undergraduate and master's degree in Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering between 1997 and 2001 and his Ph.D. program in Yıldız Technical University, Department of Electrical Engineering between 2001 and 2005. He was appointed as assistant professor in the Electronic Engineering program in the Air Force Academy, Faculty of Electric/Electronic Engineering in 2006. He performed a one-year post-doctoral research on “RF and Microwave” at Purdue University in the USA in 2010.
He served as Technical Management President in the 3rd Air Supply And Maintenance Centre Command (Etimesgut/Ankara) between 2013 and 2015. He earned his title of associate professor in Electronics Engineering in 2015. He acted as the Technology Inspection and Evaluation Branch Manager at the General Staff Project Management Department between 2015 and 2016.
Promoted to Brigadier General by the Supreme Military Council on 29 July 2016, he was appointed as the Aid to the Force Development in Chief of Staff, General Plan and Principles Directorate, Force Development and Resource Management Department. He was appointed as Vice Rector of Turkish National Defence University in 2017.
Assos. Prof. Brigadier General Ersin GÖSE, Ph.D. is married and has two children. He is fluent in English.
