Public Relations of the Central Library aims to

• to introduce library resources and services to the users,
   
• to make libraries attractive by making library services interesting to the users,
   
• to carry out preparations for the activities held in the library, such as meetings, seminars, user trainings,
   
• to print materials such as brochures, promotional booklets, user manuals for the library,
   
• to be in constant communication with users and offer constructive solutions to any questions or problems that may arise
