The Responsibilities of the Department to plan, coordinate, conduct, supervise and monitor the proposals of the Turkish National Defence University and its subordinates regarding Strategic Goal Plan, Ten Years Procurement and Acquisition Plan, Construction Investment Program, Major Repairs, and Budgetary Expense Plan, to implement the auditing, control and accepting stages before, during and after the tenders in coordination with the Ministry of National Defence, Construction and Real Estate Regional Directorates and to check the speed, strength, simplicity, economy, and standardization of the tenders, to allocate funds from the Ministry of National Defence to Turkish National Defence University (TNDU) the subordinates of the TDNU regarding the construction and real estates, and to plan, coordinate, implement, supervise and follow up the activities regarding the allocation, expropriation, transfer, occupation, deletion from the registry, accountancy, leasing, mapping and cadastral works zoning, sales (in accordance with Law No 189), protocol-writing, and proceedings for the real estates of the Rectorate of the TNDU and its subordinates in coordination with Construction and Real Estate Regional Directorates.
