Our mission is to meet all kinds of needs for information in the Turkish National Defence University by using current technologies, to contribute to personal development of the users, to support the users’ development of skills for lifelong learning, research and use of information, and thus to transfer cultural accumulation from one generation to the next one. Our Vision is to foresee the needs of the users beforehand, to manage the information in the digital world, and to become an information centre which has the ability of the fastest and the most reliable information services nationally and internationally in order to equip the users with knowledge under the modern standards whether they need it or not.
