    The Departmen of Student Affairs is responsible for conducting the following affairs within the NCO Vocational Schools, Military Academies, War Colleges and Rsearch Institutes on behalf of the National Defense University Rectorship:

    1. Recruitment,
    2. Formal education/training process,
    3. Graduation,
    4. Processes such as:
      1. Education/Training planning activities,
      2. Coordination with the Land Forces, Navy, the Air Force and other institutions regarding the training and other student affairs,
      3. Execution of education and training activities,
      4. Testing and evaluation, ranking and keeping statistics,
      5. Monitoring, controlling and coordinating affairs regarding information requests, formal documents, transcripts, diploma procedures, archieve keeping and security procedures including postgraduate processes of the cadets, trainees, civilian students and course attendees conducted under the authority of the Personal Recrutiment Directorate of the Secretary of Defense and the relevant institutions’ boards of higher education.
